Township Day emerged as the brainchild of Tracey Colagrossi, formerly of Hanover Township, and Susan Dillon, Ela Township, as a way to celebrate, educate and inform the community on the amazing work townships do every day!
Pick a day in September and use your imagination! The possibilities are endless for the type of event you can create: a large festival, a small ice cream social, an open house.
The main focus is to spread awareness about how townships serve the community.
Download our toolkit below and you will have access to helpful information on how to run a successful event! ITASCSC members enjoy the editable version in our "members" section. If you need support, please reach out to our member townships or join ITASCSC today!
